As a Priority member you will be appointed your own dedicated Personal Healthcare Advisor, an experienced professional with immediate access to a network of the best medical professionals and facilities around London. Your Personal Healthcare advisor will become your virtual assistant, blending seamlessly into your life, ensuring that you always have first hand medical assistance wherever you are.

Priority Membership
As a PolyClinica No.1 Priority Member you will receive the following services and benefits:
Personal Healthcare Advisor
You will be allocated your own dedicated Personal Healthcare Advisor who will manage all aspects of your PolyClinica No.1 experience and all of your medical needs. Seamlessly blending into your life and available 24/7/365, your personal advisor will get to know you and understand your specific requirements through regular communication and meetings.
They will be on hand to assist you with any medical assistance. They can secure prioritized medical appointments with a medical specialist, GP or Dentist; arrange second opinions, co-ordinate home visits by doctors, arrange private prescriptions and medication; arrange and co-ordinate private transport to fit in with you medical appointments or provide advice on navigating the healthcare system in the UK.
Your Personal Healthcare Advisor will organise and integrate care among multiple disciplines and physicians, including the coordination of multiple medications, and treatments across multiple sites.
Absolutely anything medical you require assistance with – your personal healthcare advisor is on hand to ensure total satisfaction and provide you with the attention you deserve.
Priority Appointments
As a Priority member, you will receive priority appointments and access to our comprehensive network of doctors across all specialties. We provide navigation and access to the highest accredited and accomplished physicians and Medical Centers of Excellence. All our doctors are leaders in their chosen field and have been comprehensively vetted by PolyClinica No.1 to ensure complete satisfaction and the best outcomes for our members.
You will also receive priority access to holistic medical facilities, plastic surgeons, rehabilitation facilities, spas and dentists
Medical Advisory
Our Advisory Board’s resources and relationships provide Elite members with unprecedented access to the latest medical intelligence, leading experts and premier treatment facilities
Expert second opinion co-ordination
We will provide access to world-class providers to offer a medical second or third opinion on any diagnosis, condition, or proposed treatment. If appropriate, additional service options may include a new pathology reading, a new radiology reading, and/or facilitation of a virtual consultation.
Annual Health Screening
At the start of your membership and then annually, you will receive a comprehensive health screening, tailored to meet your medical needs. The results from your screening will provide an accurate understanding of your health and allow your doctor to develop a comprehensive wellness plan.
Taking key health factors, lifestyle habits, medical and family history into consideration, your personal wellness plan will help accomplish specific goals and help you live a healthier life.
Wellness Program
You and your PolyClinica doctor will form a partnership focused on better health and overall well-being that starts from day one. Working side-by-side, you will develop a comprehensive Wellness Plan tailored to you. Taking key health factors and lifestyle habits into consideration, your personal Wellness Plan will help accomplish specific goals and help you live a healthy life.
Nutrition and Fitness Advice
PolyClinica No.1 works with a number of registered nutritionists, dieticians and fitness professionals who can evaluate your current fitness and diet and create a personalised plan for you. Each year you will be entitled to 4 (quarterly) consultations with one of the team.
Private GP Letters
Referral letters for onward referral to specialist consultants and medical certificates will be provided by our GPs.
Medical Records management
We will collect and maintain a comprehensive history of your health. All records are maintained in a private, encrypted electronic database. Medical records are physician reviewed and organised to produce a medical history summary. Records are kept up to date and made available to you and/or your attending physician at any time.

PolyClinica @ Home
Members will have priority access to home visits by our doctors and medical professionals. Whether you need a private GP to attend a sick child, a nurse to take blood in advance of an appointment with your doctor or your require a specialist consultant to visit you at home or at a hotel for more specific advice, PolyClinica @ Home can arrange it all.
Private Prescriptions
Prescriptions or repeat prescriptions (does not include cost of medication).
Translation and Interpretation
PolyClinica No.1 has a team of experienced and vetted medical translators and interpreters. Whether you require the translation of medical notes or an interpreter to accompany you to a consultation, or members will always have the support they need.
Concierge Services
If required our team will arrange local accommodation and hotels for you and members of your family, purchase airline tickets, arrange VISA support and be on hand to provide additional services that will make your experience as comfortable as possible.
